BBC World Have Your Say is hosting a live global debate on BBC World TV this Monday 7th Dec at 1530-1600 on hopes and expectations from Copenhagen. We’ll have 5 – 6 participants set up around the world (Nairobi, Delhi, Copenhagen etc) and I’d be keen to speak to you about your possible participation. For example, if the EU were to cut their emissions by 30% based on 1990 that would equate to just 13.8% compared to 2007. In comparison, an identical promise from the US would require cuts of 38.9% on 2007 levels.
