		<description><![CDATA[Your Rising Tigers report is very well done.  Certainly, the Asian countries are going after many cleaner energy avenues.  I often wonder if the US is too ideologically constrained (e.g., right-wing only wants nuclear and CCS, left-wing only wants solar and wind).  We still have an advantage in our educational institutions, but we need to get more students into science and engineering.]]></description>
