		<description><![CDATA[My guess is that the employees genuinely want to participate in Energy Citizens.  Remember, if one has a family to feed and the alternative jobs pay a lot less (e.g., look at what a mechancial engineer in the solar industry earns versus a petroleum engineer) they will be reticent to just let their livelyhoods pass away.  

I fully realize that carbon is a real issue.  However, the economic impacts for many will be great and will need to be ameliorated when the world does transition from fossil fuels.]]></description>
