		<description><![CDATA[While the American Chemistry Council (ACC) agrees on the need for legislation to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, it’s important legislators don’t lose sight of the need to limit the impact on local economies as they’re drafting this legislation. ACC is willing to work with legislators to craft a bill that will benefit the environment without hindering local business and jobs.]]></description>
