		<description><![CDATA[Good summary, I actually think you guys had a pretty good session, even though the very strong goals of your Governor weren&#039;t fully realized.  I think the best bill you guys got passed was the emissions performance standards bill.  Effective bans on new coal plants always sound good.]]></description>
