I commend Senator Alexander for his efforts to pass legislation preventing the dumping of "fill material". For years coal waste has poisoned our drinking water and our fish, contaminating our bodies and babies with mercury and other toxins. It is so important that this legislation is passed NOW to prevent future generations from being exposed to these toxins.
