But for us, non-native English speakers, subtitles would be greatly appreciated! YouTube now allows adding optional subtitles (that can be easily turned on and off) to all its videos. If Kirsty still has her notes for the speech, then adding subtitles will be even easier. They can be then translated into Spanish, French, Russian, Swahili, whatever… Something to think about, if we are seriously committed to bringing youth from the Global South into this global movement.
