Duke Energy is trying to make progress and gets bashed by green peace. . .I must admit that I hate the thought of the coal comming from strip mines on mountain tops. Right. How about they cut off the protesters power to their homes.. Your food would rot, your internet,phone lights,TV everything that keeps you connected to the world gone. Don't drive your car into work.... because that causes pollution too. Granted a CLEAN coal plant is still a coal plant but it's going to take a dinosauric plant out of the grid that emits much more CO and is far less efficient. Wind,Solar count for less than 10% of the worlds energy. Can you live on only 10% of the electric you currently use... I think not. Hmm Protest and closedown a Power Plant.. Right.
