does anyone know the info of which homes will be weatherized with the $3 billion?
let’s hope it’s the working class who are hardest hit by the economy right now and are forced to board up their homes and move in with strangers for the winter because they can’t afford heating, and not the folks with their second home vacation mansions in martha’s vineyard.
