What are ya’ll gonna do when the lights go out? You don’t want nuclear power, and damming rivers for hydro is against your “protection of the environment” mantra, so what is your plan? Seems hypocritical to me that you drive your gas-guzzling pick-up trucks and cars to an environmental rally. Further, if you’ll check market prices of Central Appalachian coal these days, you’ll see that prices are rising and high coal prices means more jobs and a chance to reclaim pre-1977 mining sites through continued mining and reclamation. Wake up to reality!

…This brings tears…of joy and pain. I love yall and appreciate you so much. Thank you for helping to protect these mountains. TASSC is with you and this year we will pass the TN Scenic Vistas Act and ban MTR in TN. We love this state enough to change it and we will.
