About Ethan
Ethan is the Maryland Campaign Coordinator for the Chesapeake Climate Action Network. He works with a diversity of groups across the state to push for bold clean energy policy. This last year he helped pass Maryland's Greenhouse Gas Emissions Reduction Act, the strongest state carbon cap in the country. Two years ago he helped launch the Maryland Student Climate Coalition (MSCC). The MSCC gathered over 11,000 petition signatures in a successful campaign to get the entire University System of Maryland to commit to carbon neutrality. His strong dedication to nonviolence drives him to oppose the violent impacts of catastrophic climate change on our human communities.
