		<description>Great post - just one quibble:  don't be so anti skyscraper.   

In new cities really tall buildings aren't essential, and so I would agree, can't truly be green (like the grotesqueness of Dubai to name just one)  but in densely populated existing cities skyscrapers are very green.   The denser humans can live and work the lower the potential impact on the planet.  It's why NYC is one of the greenest spots in America.</description>
