		<description>Well, my guess is that they learned from the nuclear industry to be positive early in the argument.  I personally remember an instance when I showed a comparison between deaths vs energy delivered.  I was proud of the numerical case I made, but everyone had very glum faces. :-(

Even the solar and wind industries do not focus their statements on how their environmental impact is less than the competition.  Rather they just say they are clean and safe (even if those are relative terms).  They know a positive message is stronger than showing lesser negatives.</description>
