		<description>It is clearly evident that the desire to lead and influence others to lead is the ticket to the success of our current generation.  I enjoy the commentary of the comfortable life the majority of us live as college students.  It makes me think how much extra time is spent to live independent of the college life while still attending college. For an instance being cooked for or cooking for yourself.

One quote that crosses my mind when considering this concept is:

 &quot;Either Get Busy Living or Get Busy Dying&quot;- Andy Dufresne, from &quot;The Shawshank Redemption&quot;

We can sit an watch the world destructively change before our eyes; but with-out being in tune to the task of living, our ability to resist this destructive change is significantly limited.  I see this related to the very principle of complaint.  Its time for our generation to get busy living; with-out taking action or formulating a plan of action, those complaints we have are far from effective.</description>
