I try to do my best to support Balinese farmer to understand why we have to learn and start the organic farming Now. 

I do understand that is not easy to change peaple mind set but what ever its hard , I will never give up couse I have my own dream to do something as I love Bali more than I can say.

thanks for sharing this - promoting organic farming is certainly a challenge for everyone, particulary if you add &#039;local&#039; to the mix.</description>

		<description>With so much written on the shortage of engineers and scientists, it is interesting to read of a potential shortage of farmers trained in organic methods (especially in countries affected by AIDS).  At least this will provide more opportunities for employment throughout the developing world.</description>
