		<description>This report had many controversial tools listed for resolution of global warming.  It seems that the IPCC is trying to deal with the simultaneous problem of global warming and the burgeoning economic growth occurring in the developing world.  Their report also is in agreement with the Princeton "Wedge" strategy.

Perhaps the IPCC report will spur debate over societal direction versus the piecemeal debates over individual technologies that seem to spin wheels but move nowhere.  :-)</description>
