My name is Tristan and I currently go to California State University – Monterey Bay. I am also highly involved on campus, and serve as the Associated Students’ Environmental Sentor, as well as chair of the Environmental Committee.

First off, this is an awesome idea and I wish it weren’t so exclusive to the East Coast. I know that we have the San Francisco Green Festival over here on the West Coast, but that’s really all there is in terms of connecting the environmental community to the musical and arts communities. I commend the founders of the Campus Consciousness Tour, and I would even request the opportunity to speak more about how you got the event started. Perhaps there’s room for the creation of our own here on the West Coast. I know for a fact that we have more than enough musical and theatrical artists who would be willing to support a similar effort.
