On Martin Luther King Jr. Day, community members of St. Bernard housing development, stood up for their rights and entered their homes and apartments without permission. While their homes are structurally intact and could be made livable by investing minimally in them, HUD (Department of Housing and Urban Development) decided to sue them and requested that the judge throw them out.
