Il fait beau dans l’métro (et l’autobus)

Il fait beau dans l’métro or “the weater is nice in the tube/metro/subway” was produced by BCP, Québec’s first French advertising agency, to encourage public transit. I can’t wait for Vancouver to get a metro so I can dance all over it with my friends in 70’s clothing and sing this song.

I think that bus driver is my father . . . oh, I am so ashamed, and yet, so proud. You crazy Canadians. I wonder what the 80’s version of that advertisement would have looked like?

    Mr Jones,

I did a quick translation of the lyrics for a post on my blog.
