Or can you move to another state and self proclaim yourself an engineer. Unfortunately one of my friends has met Sean Flanagan and paid the price. He not only has stolen property from my friends company. But formed another one and embezzled 80k without doing any of the work. And for what so he could go to Canada to commit adultery on his wife and pay for his kids school. This guy even stooped as low as stealing a man’s tools. The tools required to make his living .if you are thinking about doing business with this man check with some of the businesses in NH and see the trail of companies that he has screwed or not paid and the wife and two kids. He has taken refuge in Maryland at his cousins business this man is not an engineer or not even a decent machinist or human being.
